Oh my god! My friend who got the Yukito cel as  
present for me pointed out some moisture...it 
looks like BUBBLES in the paint...I'm guessing 
because it was framed for over a month and 
because of humidity or something. Anyhow, is 
there anyway to save this cel? I'm not even sure 
if it's stuck to the matting now because I 
haven't taken it out...and how often should you 
take a cel out to "breathe" if you have it framed?
