I did some more in-depth searching, and according to this http://www.tolkiencollector.com/animint.htm (as evidenced by a search through EBay), only "Lord of the Rings" cels are know to exist publicly (by Bakshi). Unfortunately, the other two films by Ranken/Bass (i.e. "The Hobbit" and "Return of the King") apparently don't have cels available. Oh well. ;_; (Alas, the Hobbit is so kawaii!)
