Fanart are not illegal... if the person created his/her own characters and didn't used copyrighted ones. Consignment mean that the person doesn't own the produces he/she is selling : he/she is selling them for someone else. The price of a fanart cel depend only on what you are ready to pay for it : It doesn't have any collectable value but the person who do it has to spend time so... Cheers, Yann Stettler
