Most of the cels in Ebay are junk anyway. I can tell most
people just buy those 50-100 yen ($0.50 to $1) bargain
bin cels from Japan, then throw a bunch of them and
start their prices at $9.99, good profits for these poor
quality cels. It has only a few good cels there sometimes
on EBay, especially if you want some quality cel with
background, that's even tougher. Once in a while, there're
some really good cels though.
