Actually....I had this same issue come up last month with an
ebay buyer in Spain.  When he went to the post office to get
the money order, he was told that it was not possible for
him to send a money order to the US.  
(I thought that was a little wierd, but hey...I don't live
in Spain!)
We ended up doing a Western Union transfer, which worked well for both of us.  If your buyer doesn't mind the Western Union fee, you might want to look into that option -
it's fast, and there is no fee to receive money.
