I have been asked by a couple of customers if I can accept
International Postal Money orders in US dollars from their
respective countries.  
Does anyone know if the US post offices can cash one of these
from France or Singapore for example? I know they can cash the 
Canadian ones but what about other countries? 
My bank will charge a collection fee for non-USA money orders, 
that I know, but what about the post office?
