I can't promise this is definite, but it looks an awful lot like it's from episode 163, when Super Sailor Moon is separated from her friends and surrounded by mirrors. If this works right (I hope I hope), there's a shot from a little later on in that scene below. I compared it, and the drawing style looks more or less the same. Again, though, can't promise completely. --Jen
