Oye! the humanity of it all.  Wax paper is my sworn enemy!!!
(yup, me being overdramatic and wins and Oscar LOL)
Well, let's just say wax paper is evil to me.  I have one 
cel with wax paper on it, and that cel is sticking onto the
wax paper.  When I tried to peel it off part of the cel paint
came along with it!!!.  It wasn't really much paint peeling
off though, but I didn't want to take the risk of it damaging
my cel.  So I stopped and just left that evil vile piece of
paper stick onto my poor cel T_T.

But I would recommend like most people here, to use the cel
bags or just part of them cut into small pieces and inserted
between each cel layer.  Easy to peel off if the paint sticks
to it and stuff.  And like what I do (yes I'm compulsive LOL)
is with my many many MANY hundreds of cel bags that I brought
I place each individual cel layer into it's own bag..yes even 
the extra cels like mouths and extra eyes they give you.
