Just the other day I sent a multi layer cel w/ bkg to someone to trade. None of the layers were stuck and the bkg wasn't stuck to the paint on the bottom cel. My solution was to use cel bags. You can cut them and use a single layer inbetween cels and whatever you don't want them to stick to. Some are large enough to cover the back of the whole cel. Or you can cut smaller pieces if the painted area is small. And cel bags are not acidic and safe for cels. Just my solution. Good luck, Kelly : )
