you made a quick profit on your cels. In the
long run, you made one customer angry and spread the
news to the rest of cel collectors, and this causes
the other buyers not to do business with you in the future.
It is history already, if Pharna doesn't want to deal
with you, you may well forget it and move on.
Right now, you should think of some new ways to win back
the hearts of the other buyers, like start a Christmas
blow-out sale or buy 1 get 1 free or something. |
