At Akon I took a cel painting class.  All the colors
we used were =  Red, Yellow, Blue, Black and White

I think that's all of them.  Of course you mix them
to make the other colors like Green is a mix of Yellow
and Blue.

Flesh is a variable one but it uses a lot of white and
yellow with a dash of red and if you need to darken it
you can use a drop of black or blue but mainly it is
the White, Yellow with a dot of red that when mixed 
will make the pinkish flesh color.

Oh and you might want to consider the character...I
ended up with a Vampire Princess Miyu who looked like
she had a suntan.  Sigh!  ^_^
