Anime Shop Vi has had some in their gallery.  They have 
previously displayed a cel and background from the 
beginning of Kiki's Delivery Service of Kiki lying in the 
grass looking up at the clouds with her father's radio next 
to her.  It's probably the nicest animation cel I've seen, 
albeit I'm biased - Kiki's my favourite character.  If it 
were ever offered for sale, I think $8,000 would be a very 
conservative sale price.  I think they have a Miyazaki 
cel/background on display right now though I'm not sure of 
the name of the character.
