Cels Forum

Hi,
  I was wondering why Hayao Miyazaki's cels don't
come with Backgrounds? I seen LOTS of cels from
his work(s), BUT, NONE have B/G's?! Why is that?
HELP!

PS. Yes, I have read info. on why they don't have 
B/G's but, I heard of more than 2 different answers, so
I don't know witch one to believe!
