I've bought a couple of cels from the Kinokuniya store in LA and I got a couple of good bargians, I thought. It did seem to me tho that a lot of their cels, especially the ones from Ranma were priced a bit high. They even had a Slayers cel for $400 and I've never seen one that high on the net. If you know what you're looking for tho, you can get a pretty good deal. :)
