The last time I visited the NY branch of Kinokuniya (this was when I went home for Thanksgiving break), they didn't have any production cels. As far as I can remember, I don't think they've ever carried any to date. They did, however, have the Ghibli repro cels displayed on the wall of the staircase leading upstairs to their manga and stationary section. Take care, :) - Debbye
