I don't think that there is a perfect system for selling the cels. Whatever the method, there is some positive and some negative points. I don't like much selling by auction because it often increase the prices too much. Lottery is an "interesting" system but it simply not doable when you update often a lot of cels : it would take far too much paper-work to try to track every order. (My screen wouldn't be big enough for all the post-it :). Also, it just replace "who ordered first" by "who is most lucky" (and auction is "who can pay most")... It's pretty unusual for me to update the morning so that should make it easier for differant people... :) Cheers, Yann Stettler
