Hi!

I also have a lot of those nearly blank pencil sketches (mostly from my Tenchi cels) one is even of *I think* Kiyone's
sleeve :-P  In any case I like to keep them because I put them behind my cels so in case it gets stuck than I won't worry about pulling it off...also if I ever decide to sell a cel that doesn't have a pencil sketch I use them just so the cel doesn't stick to anything else.  Course there are probably better things for a cel to get stuck to!  I guess
it is up to you although how worth it can a mouth pencil sketch be ^_^

As for AIC not realeasing the sketches I think it is because
they fear forgeries (that's what I've heard) >^.^<
