Hello.

 I'm a occasional cel dealer (only when
I need the money to support my habit :)
 
 But a month ago, I has someone inquire
about a few cels I had for sale, they
had me put them on hold, and asked for
a little longer to pay, I said sure.
 That was a month
ago. I know the mail is slow, but not
that slow. 
 I have e-mailed the person for
over a week, and nothing. I am
trying to be fair, but
 I don't know what exactly to do here.
 I also don't want to put these cels back up,
then get the money and have to tell the
lady that she was to late, and send the 
money back.

 Any help/suggestions would help.
