I can totally believe that!  My husband and I have 3 
production cels signed by Don Bluth we purchased for about
$450 each.  We go to the Chuck Jones gallery in Santa Fe, 
NM and he's got some beautiful stuff, but the prices!
Wowie!  Needless to say, we haven't been to the gallery in a
couple of years.  The service was fantastic, tho.  We were
about a year between visits and had spoken to this woman
once.  We walked in a year later, she knew our names, what
we were looking for and what we'd looked at last time. 
Woah!
