Hi there, I assume you are talking about Street Fighter II Movie cels, I too have been searching for nice cels from the SFII Movie for ages, mostly Alpha/Zero Ryu and Ken from the flashback scene, finally got some recently, I will upload it to my gallery soon.

there is one really nice Chun Li cel from the Movie at this awesome cel gallery:

The cels from the movie are very rare since the movie is only 96 minutes long.
