i kinda 'build' my own cel books from archival scrapbook 
stuff at the store (at michaels you can buy a lot of the 
stuff--paper and sleeves, and a binder for the whole thing--
if you happen to go with one of their coupons, it's not 
that much more expensive than buying a cel book online)--
that way I know *everything* is archival, and since i leave 
the cels in the book once they're there, I feel that
 they're pretty safe.  I'm not as likely to take them out 
of the book to look at them this way, since the cel bag 
isn't in the way of seeing the cel through the sleeve.
