MANDARAKECANIME WORLD STAR etc,mainly on catalogue shopping.
Customers want to buy a cel applys to get a buying right of the that cel untill deadline.
and shop determins lucky person who can get right of buying by lot.
hdon't know if bonbee's system is same.
But this system is popular in japanese cels market.
