Hi Drac,

I had to read through it twice, but I think I got the gist
of it:

1.  I ordered from Bonbee two updates ago and was assigned
a member id at that time.  You won't have a member id until
you order at least one time.  You'll note that there are
slightly different ordering instructions for member vs. 
people ordering for the first time.  What I don't know is if
you ordered prior, but not during, the two previous updates,
do you automatically get a member id assigned?  I'm not
sure.

2.  Yes, I think you would start at rank "D" with 1 point.

3.  I was a little confused by this also.  But I think a 
person ordering for the first time gets as good a chance at
cels open to all the public as anyone on a first come, first
serve basis.  I'm guessing the "C" rank and above lets you
participate in a lottery of special cels.  The higher your
rank, the better chance you get at winning something.  What
does everyone else think?
