OK, this is probably a stupid idea, but I thought I'd
bounce it off of wiser heads anyway. I've got a nice
cel of Valgarv from Slayers (which I hope to scan in
later today) but, unfortunately, it's firmly stuck to
the pencil sketch in a rather large central area. 

Here's the weird, and most likely stupid, idea.

If I took a moist sponge and dampened the area of the pencil
sketch which was stuck, I might be able to peel away the
section of the pencil sketch which is sticking. This likely
would ruin the pencil sketch, but I think it would be less
likely to ruin the cel. I know the paint is waterproof, but
I am unsure about the lines. I know I'd have to be very care
ful about water spotting, though. This section would be 
extremely difficult to cut away, and I can't really pull it 
off either.

I hate to ruin a perfectly wonderful sketch, but I'd like to
have this cel framed with a background I've got ^_^;


Anyone have any comments / flames / suggestions?
