Hello, I think that the person before you was speaking of those very small holes that happen especialy on the black lines. Those are not visible, even if you look carefully, when you just put the cel on a white paper. To see them, you have to hold the cel infront of a light source. (often they are not even hole but just very thin layer of paint or the black line itself. (as black lines are done with a powder, it's somehow transparant if they didn't painted over the line.
