I would like to see more cel dealers grade the condition of their cels. While I feel all the major 'net cel dealers represent their cels fairly, Shogo at Anime Shop Vi is one of the few cel dealers that grades the condition of every cel on his site. He details paint loss, sticking, spotting and the condition of the background. My hat goes off to him! Regards, Eric Erickson
