I am sorry about your hectic life, but some people have no compassion. They run a business and they make their rules. Most of us though are very flexible and understanding when it comes to late payments and postage charges. Animanga, Taro, Usagi's, Anime-Cel, Celmart, Chaos, Gambit, ExCel and many other _real_ dealers, myself included are very understanding with our customers and we know how to run our businesses with our hearts, not just our bank account. The so called "dealer" that sent you the hateful letter might have had a reason to be upset, or they might have had a nasty day, but they had no right to be hurtful and attack you personally. When someone does not answer my emails for one reason or another, I normally send them one final notice that I am canceling their order and I remind them that when they place orders, they must act responsibly and either pay within the time frame, let me know if there is a problem, or just cancel their order if they can't make the commitment. Chin up Kim, this is a wonderful hobby and it's up to all of us collectors and dealers a like to make it as enjoyable as possible. So don't give up...!!! Noriko |
