It's inside the Nakano Broadway mall, Anime World Star has
a couple stores on the 3rd floor. There're a few more anime
stores there carrying cels, like Mandarake, Zero and Commit.
There're liked over a million cels in that two AWS stores.
When your father first finds it, he may be over-whelming
with the large amount of cels. Although AWS has organized
some folders with both japanese/english titles on, they
still have a lot of cels laying everyone on the floor and
shelves. To make it easier for him, you should give him
some pictures of the characters that you want, then he can
show them to the staffs there, may be they can help him to
find the cels that you're looking for.
Tokyo is a big city, it depends on where your father stays
at, he may have to switch trains a couple of times to
Nakano. If he knows a friend or there, ask him for the
exact direction, it can get confusing for a first-timer even
he has a map. Of course, the best way is to have someone
bringing him there.
