I have a couple superhuge cels (ok, the cels are normal 
sized, it's the backgrounds that are huge), and I have them
stored in an artist's portfolio I bought at an art store.
It's black, joined on one side and ties on the other three
sides. It holds what's in it flat and secure - it's roughly
32" by 24".

As for bags, I kind of piece them together from the superhuge
bags as best I can.
