as well documented on the news...ebay was one of several systems that was having overload problems due to hackers.
As a result many were unable to bid in any auctions ending yesterday, as we coould not get on site.
Sometimes they extend auctions 24 hours when this has happended in the past.  But they don't indicate that this will be the case so far.
This not only lost me a cel I would have liked, but also caused the seller to loose out on a higher price for the cel.
I have never been a big fan of their auctions, and this is a prime example of why.  Plus they don't seeem to reply to any complaints made when such a problem occurs.
But, one person's loss is another person's gain.
The E in ebay does stand for EVIL.   :o)
