nobody's disputing the right of people to sell cels they have
bought. i'm sure we've all done that at one time or another.
collectors who have bought cels and had to resell them are not
the problem. nor is it a catastrophe to see a major dealer
(say, asylum [just the first name i could think of--i don't
know if he does this or not, it's only an example]) reselling
a cel bought on taro. they do pretty much the same thing
every time they go to japan or to a convention, blah blah blah.
the thing i'm talking about is people who think of themselves
as dealers, though really they aren't. they're the ones who
snatch up cels from popular anime and resell them right away.
something about that just leaves a bad taste in my and others'
mouths.
granted, nobody's making us buy the cels, but it's just irritating
to see a cel you would have liked to buy on hold, and then
see it up for double the price a week later.
