Most of the time when I see cels re-pop up on another 
dealer's site I am jsut glad to see it again!  It is 
your choice to spend more money to get it.  No one forces
you to buy a cel if it's overpriced or underpriced or any-
priced for that matter.  Should Taro adopt a policy to not
sell to resalers?  It would be ridiculous!  I've resold cels
I had just bought but its because I need money. I once had
a situation where I had to sell a cel I had bought 2 days 
before.  Believe me when you are tight for cash and someone
offers you $50 more for a cel than what you paid it's hard
to turn down, (though i ended up selling the cel at what I 
bought it for to the penny plus exact cost of shipping)
Cel dealers have to make a living too, and when opportunity
 knocks a lot of them open the door.
