Ok, i think i got this whole mess straightened out.

Hobby Shop K has been very kind and understanding. I'm sorry
for sounding so bitchy, but $150 is alot for me to be
losing. (Once payment leaves my hands, there's nothing i can do but wait, so i get tense when i don't hear from dealers.)
I'm sure others can relate.
Though, if something bad did happen. There aren't any laws that regulate these type of transactions, Am i right? So some people can get screwed over and there's nothing that can be done.
True, answering email could be improved. Emails regarding orders are answered pretty much a day after they were sent. Any messages of the miscellanneous variety are filtered, i think. I was notified on Feb 14 that my payment had been received then i think on Feb 29, my cels would be shipped.
Over all though, Hobby Shop K is a good source for anime cels.
