Hey guys,  
can someone help me, (maybe you Stephen S., you know what
i'm talking about.)
I paid $150 for cels from Hobby shop K about a month ago, but i have not received them yet.  

This is the second time i've done business with this
person.  The fisrt time, the dealer notified me of paymnt and gave me a EMS #.  Though now the dealer has not
answered any of my emails regarding the wherabouts of my
2nd order(the topic of the post) nor given me an EMS Number.  Dealer only emailed
me and  said that payment was received but never if my cels
were mailed.  The dealer only answers different email
regarding a (3rd)new order.  

The dealer's english skills are about average, so i don't
think he misunderstood my requests.

What should i do?  I mean i sent money but now i don't think i'm getting my product.  I don't think i can complain to anyone.  I want my cels! or a refund.  :-(
