Okay. . . I'm having a big problem trying to scan red
tones. Particularly the lining of Guitar's cape (from
Hameln) and Kusanagi's red coat (in dim light tones - from
Blue Seed). I've tried scanning at 200dpi instead of my
normal 75dpi and I've tried scanning on high definition
color instead of the normal color setting. No matter what I
do, the red pixelates(sp?) very badly. Mind you, this is
*just* the red tones.

Can anyone give me some ideas on how to solve the problem?
I've had similar problems trying to scan a Miyu background
that has lots of dark grey tones in it as well.

In case it matters, my scanner is a Cannon CanoScan FB 620P.
