Dear Rosemary,

Whoops!  I forgot that you can try one more thing!  You can
also try and contact the seller's local authorities (the
police department for the city which they live in) and
report the problem to them.  I'm not sure if they can help,
but it's worth a shot.  I saw on Dateline NBC that this was
how a BUNCH of sellers shutdown a eBay seller that was
trying to sell cheap computers on eBay when the seller
actually had NO COMPUTERS for sale!  Good luck again!
