I know for sure that if you want your money back you wont be able to because there is a $25 deductible.
What you could do is file a claim to an online fraud agency -and they could probably get the law invloved.
Or you could always just write to the local police department where that person lives and give them the info.
What you want to have though is the receipt of the money order, a copy of the page of your ebay item , and the persons information.
