IMO, it's rather unlikely that they would do that.
Hand inking is quite a laborious process, and a bunch of people may want this certain shot at the end of a sequence but not the ones following it(ex, sequence where the character ends smiling or something like that.)
Toei seems to be leading the way with their repros, and they also take requests(if you have a favorite scene that you absolutely MUST have, you just might get it!)
