I've seen cels on their site that are priced the same as
other internet shops, yes, but I also see thigns that are a
complete "steal" in comparison to what I have access to as
a foreigner. The only place I see that almost consistantly
beats AWS in pricing is Taro.

As for rarity, well. . . The cels they show may not be the
best, but if they did international orders, they would
currently be the *only* place I would be able to get Psychic
Force cels (disregarding the couple that have shown up on
Ebay). So I guess it depends on your brand of poison. ^_-

And yes, for anyone wondering why I've calmed down about
those, I have managed to snag a couple people who can get
some of them for me. ^_^  They will be appearing on my site
with the disappearance of the Sailor Moon Project. Still. . .
It would be so nice to be able to get them myself!! ;_; 
C'mon Chaos! Yann! Taro! Anyone! I'm still looking for
Emilio (with wings), Wendy, and Wong! ^_^
