I wrote the person as well. While he did say it was a production cel, reading the rest of his email, I think he was at best confused. His reasoning seemed to be that it was not a fan cel because it was done by a professional animator that is doing some business on the side to make extra money. He claims that he has paid several thousand dollars for a 'future cel' from this person. He may not have known what I meant by production cel though. Keys That is a bit much for a replica Yahiko cel.
