I may be wrong, but I think these are repros
done by a Korean group.
They lack the layer numbering so they're not
production cels. They look like hanken but
why would anyone sell hanken for a $100 on
ebay? They might be fan cels, but they of
much higher quality than any "fan" art I've
seen. So I conclude these were done by
professionals...probably Korean cel painters. |
