He has been selling cels during the early days like
the mid 80s, and tons of people around the US have
bought cels from him before. His cel collection is
very huge, possibly the biggest and the best (face shot
and the ones with backgrounds) in the US. He has
many very rare cels that hardly anyone carries because
he has special connection to various anime studios in
Japan. That's why he has so many cels from some rare
series.
Due to the overall high quality of his cel collection,
his initial price may be a bit on the high side, but
you can discuss the pricing with him when buying
a few cels together, and he may give you a pretty good
