   Yes, I have dealt with Anime Wink in person. 
He shows up at a lot of the smaller conventions in the Los 
Angeles (California, USA) area as well as at Anime Expo.  
He's pretty good.  
  I just purchased a Ninja Mono cel from him the 
other day (Sunday) at a Comic Book Convention.  He will 
eventually be putting up scans on the website, but for now, 
he said that he just doesn't have the time.  Anime Wink 
is just a one-man business run by Rick Alonso.  You can 
make an appointment to see the cels in person if you're 
in the Los Angeles area. 
   His prices are not bad.  Some are a bit high, but in 
general they are reasonable.  He does have some rarer 
titles too.
