Hmm. I myself own one. But it was treated poorly at the
studio, the upper and right portions of the acetate
are warped a bit, perhaps it was left under the lamp too 
long after photographing for the movie.  I myself find 
that chun li cels, let alone SFII movie cels are rather hard
to find, and I would treat them like they were 'X' movie cels,
But not as high as Akira primo cels, or GITS primo cels.

I would price it rather high, due to the fact I have only 
seen one chun li cel, and that is mine. ^_^ Mine is without
Background, but I still would prolly estimate it about...
130-150 with damages, 200 without. A background would prolly
shoot that sucker up the roof.  If you want to see the cel,
