How frustrating is it to see a cel on a site from Japan with 
the word HOLD or SOLD next to it, only to find it on an American
or other site hours later with a huge price increase?  VERY.
I would have to say that as a relatively new collector that this is a 
very cut-throat hobby.  And you may argue that it is part of the
"thrill" but before long you become jaded and mean, which is what
I suspect happened to our annonymous frieds.  

I would have to agree that getting the cel you want is based on
who you know or how sneaky you can be.  That is not fun, nor is 
it very respectable.  But, there are going to be those types of 
people in every hobby.  I don't really know how to remedy the situation.
