I really like it when they put that silk paper behind the cels 
as it keeps the cel from sticking to the drawing. However, many
times the cel will become stuck to the silk paper.

When I sell a cel (got to sometimes to support my habit :)  ), I 
make sure and give a good description of the cel...whether it is or
has been stuck to the drawing, any little flaws, etc. However, I haven't
been saying anything about the silk paper. 

I would be interested in hearing from others whether you think 
that the silk paper being stuck to the cel is something that should be
mentioned when sellign a cel. A lot of folks that buy my cels are new
to the hobby and I am afraid that if I say that then they will think there
is a defect or something but I don't consider that a defect but a blessing.
