I am going to remain anonymous for now. I have never bought
anything from CelMart, so when they were blasted on this
forum, I couldn't say anything. I have dealt with
AnimeExchange for months and I have had some of the
problems mentioned, but things were always resolved to my
satisfaction. If a problem does arise, ALWAYS try to
contact the dealer first. I am NOT a dealer, just a buyer,
but it seems to me the common sense thing to do would be
to try and resolve your problems with the dealer before
posting something on the Internet. College has to take priority over a side business, at least in the short term.
I can't imagine trying to run a business while trying to
study for something as difficult as the MCAT. I would think
that a business like this probably takes a lot more time
than you would think and some people probably will get
mad if their cels are not available or not delivered as
soon as they would like. I also think this is the way things
are for small businesses on the Net.
I have had problems with other dealers (some of which were
mentioned), but I have had no bad experiences- except not
getting a cel I wanted. I have experienced delays, but each
time I contacted the dealer, things were resolved to my
satisfaction.
I enjoy collecting cels, but I hate to see some of things that have come up lately. I would hope that most of the dealers are honest and I would hope that these slams against a few dealers won't deter someone from trying to
sell their cels for fear of getting unfairly blasted.
Sorry for the rambling- this kind of thing irks me when it
happens to someone who I have dealt with and seems very
honest to me.
