Cels Forum

Not a whole lot, but I did see some dealers (the serious
ones who are in cel businesses for long time) carry some
EVA cels.  Most of them are not great shots, like closed
eyes, small characters...etc.  The good shots are 
extremely expensive, enough for you to buy a car (used one).
Anyway, whether they're good looking cels or not, they
are all expensive.  Most EVA cels that I have seen are
in about two years ago, the early days before Gainax really 
stepped in and stopped the distribution.  A dealer told
me they have contracts with many sponsors (ex:
Sega) that they are not permitted to distribute the 
cels from this series.  Whatever the reason is, Gainax 
surely has the right not to sell these cels publicly.
