I have a supply catalog. They sell Japanese papers and they have something listed as "Silk Tissue". It says: Machine made in Japan of Gampi and sulphite pulp. It is a very silky paper which is also very transparent. Excellent for interleaving, for overlays on prints or over illustrations in books. Acid-free. It says price for ten sheets that are 18 inches by 24 inches is $24. This could be the same material you guys are referring to.Unfortunately they only ship in the US. Terence Tamashiro |
