First of all, the bank transfer usually takes 2-3 days to get there. It may take
a day to get out of the bank that you are using, but there is usually a delay due to
middlemen. Pocket is a really nice company, although they may be slow on emails and
bad in English. They don't grab your money and run away. Just give them usually a week
for email response, as they may need their translator in even simple English emails.
In addition, please be very patient when they actually ship your cel. It usualyy takes
around a month and half for them to get it to your hands.
